Just click on the picture and save the zip file to your Winamp Skins Directory. (Program Files >> Winamp >> Skins) You do not need to unzip the file. Then open up Winamp, click the button in the upper lefthand corner, go to "Skins" and select which one you want to use! Enjoy!
